1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or major sales events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from our fulfillment center located at 1414 Willow Ave, Elkins Park, PA 19027, United States.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping (7–14 Business Days): A flat rate of $4.95 applies to all orders with a subtotal under $35.00.

Free Standard Shipping (7–14 Business Days): We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $35.00 and over.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Please note that all estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing, which are outside of our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SILKDERMIS is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.

5. Damaged Items or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@silkdermis.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@silkdermis.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.
